Hair loss...regrowth?

Hi is this hair regrowth? I lost alot of hair over the last 2 months following a very stressful period of life 4 months ago. Im.hoping this is regrowth..im so paranoid:-(

It doesnt look that bad. Everything is subject to change.

Do you mean the fine, sticking up hairs? If so, yes I think so.
