What shoes or boots with wide leg crop cords

I was persuaded in a local clothes shop to get these very comfortable wider leg ( but not too wide ) cropped cords .
I have worn wide leg linen in summer with trainers 👟 or not too chunky flat form sandals .
Really not sure what to wear with these now .

Probs need some knee length boots.

What length are they? I wear hi top Vans. I may wear DMs too but haven't tried them yet

Yes I’ve got some knee length boots ,I’ve had them for years , might try those

They sit just above my ankle , the shop owner suggested them as I’m quite small
