Colourful slouchy (but not wacky) socks

I need Sock Advice. I've finally come to terms with the fact that the no-sock look (eg with trainers) is over, but I hate the tight white pulled-up athletic sock thing that's around at the moment.

I wear Adidas-style trainers and cropped or turned up boyfriend / barrel leg jeans / trousers quite a lot. So what have in mind is a colourful, slightly slouchy sock that will look good peeking out 😁

I don't want wacky patterns, just plain, good quality, thick-ish socks. Happy to pay a bit more for the Perfect Sock. Any suggestions?

Those are exactly the right sort of colours, if only they were longer!

They are a bit longer than the images suggest. Quarter length I’d say.

Not sure what your shoe size is, but Uniqlo have some fab colours in their men's socks. Planning to get a few different ones and mix them up

Also was going to suggest Uniqlo for slouch socks. I'm not sure they have great colours though. Definitely white, black and grey. But that's what I was looking for so maybe I just didn't see the bright ones. They had a enormous sock department!
