Bravissimo would be the best place I think.

I had one in Manchester Bravissimo.
It was fine but I'd had my hopes built up by rave reviews so not as good as I was expecting. The fitter asked my usual size and we started from there but she kept asking me what I thought without giving much advice when it was advice I wanted. I could have taken a friend to keep bringing me different sizes.
I don't know if it's always busy but when I went (mid-morning, mid-week) there were already about 15 people ahead of me. I think they were a fitter down that day though.

Not particularly helpful to you but the first fitting I had (years ago - I'd been automatically buying 36Bs for ever and my teen DD pointed out they were too small) was in a little independent shop in Bristol (sounds like a joke from the 70s).
The lady who ran it was French and would look me over in each bra and then call to her assistant to fetch another in a size she thought would be better.
"We need zee 'igher cup size!" was ringing in my ears afterwards 😄
I do wonder whether an independent lingerie shop in Manchester might be worth a try.
At the very least, they're less likely to have a queue of people waiting for a fitting.
Good luck!

Do not go to M&S, they measure completely wrong. Bravissimo or an independent

Im feeling confused as she has me as a 34DD and the full cup ones she showed me did fit but after I tried on a 34DD in a pluge bra and my tits were literally hanging out everywhere. My last measurement in annsummers was a 32FF and Ive lost weight since then and my boobs are very saggy.

I just bought 3 of the ones she showed me in that size as they did fit nicely for like tshirt bras etc but i know if i buy anything 'nice' or not fullcup in a 34DD it will not fit

I need a boob job really :(

How frustrating, OP.
Would a balconette style be better at looking nice and giving a bit more support?

I think I just cannot wear them due to my anatomy. I have lost 8 stone. My breast are just tubes and i have to gather them up into the bra so the full cup sort of hides all the sins and smooths them over. Anything like a plunge or balcony and they sort of spill over and they arent just a rounded breast at bra height. They really are spectacularly saggy.
