is this dressy enough for a wedding

I'm having dress ishoos aarrhh. I have a tunic thing but it's black and white and I'd like to wear a bit of colour. Is this wrap dress ok for a wedding if I had great shoes and good makeup?

There is no specific dress code for the day. Only family area doing to the ceremony, but we're going for the main meal/speaches/booze up

I wear it for work, it will need good shoes and jewellery. I would wear red shoes to lighten it up.

THe belt is very long and can sit a bit odd on me.

Now i know that I'm supposed to wear what I want to wear, but we're going on rare evening out, and I don't want him to think I look riduculous. I know I will look fab, but what about him?
