Short and size 18 - make me a capsule wardrobe?

I desperately need some new clothes.
I'm short and Size 18 with a big bum and huge thighs.

I'm a "dark summer". No black or brown.

I like skirts and dresses (with knee high boots, not any shorter because they cut my already short legs in half) and "pretty" or unusual stuff. Im living in wide leg jeans and jumpers at the moment and feel so dull and unimaginative.

High street prices but could stretch to Boden prices for 1 or 2 items.

Ive bought these items and really love them but no more jumpers and jeans! 🤣 The tank top is for over shirts (and maybe the dress, but Ive not tried those together yet). The 2 jumpers are quite shapeless but the tank tol and dress are more fitted.

i would be thinking plain basics to go with them… especially the dress and jerseys which are statement pieces… so thermals or t shirts to wear under and some good quality leggings or tights.
i love sleeveless tanks .. they are surprisingly warm and I wear shirt sleeved white t’s under for contrast. I also wear tanks over dresses .. with tights and boots/loafers/sneakers.
i wonder would a slip dress .. in any colour and jersey or skinny material be great with those jerseys.. the contrast of chunky and silky us always great.
i believe that to make yourself look polished always wear some red! .. I smudge red lipstick will do. I have a small wool red scarf I know around my neck and it lifts me or beans, your tank, a white t shirt or a glimpse bright red sock.
i am a contrast dresser .. everything to matchy matchy is dating.
i love that dress .. very retro ? Where is it from?
