Help with with a complete restart of skin care and make up routine.

I have managed to get to 58 with a very slapdash approach to skin care and makeup. I would really like a full list of what to buy and which order to apply it .
I don’t need to hear from the non make up people, I like wearing makeup, I just want to be more polished when I do. Thanks
