Denim experts - are these jeans "straight leg", "mom", or what?

Silly question, but am trying to understand the shape of jeans so I can start ordering things I can actually wear. Am so overwhelmed with all the different shapes now (I know the label doesn't matter, but am trying to use examples to inform my online shopping, and nothing looks on me like it does on the models). Found these in a charity shop (not familiar with make - "we the free"?) and think I like the shape but may need different size/more stretch. Are they straight, mom, boyfriend? And do they look very dated now that it's all about the wide legs etc?

Erm I'd lean towards those being 'mom' as they seem slightly tapered towards the ankle. Not dated, they look good :)

They're very 80s.

No idea what that shape is but they look great on you, (and I’m sorry if this is inappropriate) they make your bum look super perky ( not sure how to write that in a non pervy way).

I'd say those are straight leg. Mom tends to be even higher waisted and a bit baggier.

What might make them Mom is the high waistedness, but the legs look straight. I think they look less 80s straight, more one of the many other revivals of the straight jean straight. The wash is quite tapered era 90s.
