I need flat boots to wear with dresses or skirts

I'm late 40's, always wore block heeled knee high boots in the winter, with skinny jeans, skirts, dresses, etc. (I am 5ft 3) I now have no movement in my foot due to osteoarthritis and heels are now a definite no (I'm so sad) ((I've sold all my heels))

I need some boots but totally unaware of styles, what's in, etc. HELP!

My DH tried and bought me some flat designer ones last year, but they have a thin sole and I struggle to walk round the corner in them due to pain, my foot does not bend and my big toe is bone on bone,,,,,,, and they are quite dressy so more a going out boot.

I need something with a bit thicker sole but I don't like platform.

Can anyone suggest anything please.

Fly Chelsea boots. I may have them in 4 colours. I’ve had my first pair for at least 20 years. They are fabulous.

Fitflop are the only way to go - I have a similar condition. Check out their range of boots, shoes and sandals that include a chunky microwobbleboard sole. They were life changing for me. Sympathies, it’s so frustrating but you’ll find something you like there X

Look at Riekers, they're good for your feet and they have some wacky ones but also chelsea boots, ankle boots, combat boots etc.

Fly boots, I'm on my second pair as they are so comfy and look good with the skirts I wear!

Joseph Siebel boots are very comfy

Fly London as others have said - I just bought some from their Amazon store which were £50 cheaper than their shop for some reason.

Fitflop and Gabor are the answer. I personally think a chunky boot looks good with a dress. Like biker or DM style. Or a smarter Chelsea boot.

Chunky loafers! I got some this year and I’m finding them much more modern looking and feminine and just nicer with both jeans and skirts and tights.

I've had Fly London boots that lasted ages.

Also pikolino boots were fab.
