Lots of people love the Beauty Flash Balm, but I don't really see much difference. I do love the facial and body treatment oils, and the hydra-quenching serum, and their day cream SPF15 is good (can't remember the name). Oh, and the toners are good too.

Pretty much everything, actually. I love Clarins.

If you like the Dynamisante, try the Eau Ensoleillante.

It's great for summer!

The face sunscreen is great, and I hear good things about the self tanner in a pot as well.

Pillow · 04/06/2008 23:28

I love how clean the Eau Dynamisate smells! Expat I think I've heard about the Eau Ensoleillante - does it make you a bit glowy as well as smelling nice? Or shimmery or something? I'm sure I've read lots of good things about it. But then I know that the journos aren't objective..

zippitippitoes · 04/06/2008 23:29

i cant decide about beauty flash balm

it smells yuk of old women tho

toomuchmonthatendofthemoney · 04/06/2008 23:31

the hand cream is fab, my dried out old hag hands definitely better after a couple of weeks of using it.

MissingMyHeels · 04/06/2008 23:31

Everyone loves the Hand & Nail Cream or the Age Control Hand Lotion if you are of a certain age. Failing that why not try the other stuff in the Eau Dynamisante range? The shower mousse and exfoliator are lovely.

If it is face stuff you're wanting then Beauty Flash Balm is great (like a thinner consistency Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream) and the tinted moisturisers are really good for summer.

Pillow · 04/06/2008 23:31

I agree Zippi - some days it does the business, some days just like vaseline. I thought maybe it lost its effect with too much use? (The orange Clarins girls always tell you its not for everyday). The eye BFB is pants, imo

expatinscotland · 04/06/2008 23:32

it doesn't make you shimmery, Pillow, but i find it lifts my mood immediately for some reason.

i hear great things about the hand creme.

Jodee · 04/06/2008 23:32

Apart from Eau Dynamisante, it's Creme Jeunesse des Mains - thats hand and nail cream to you My fave indulgence.

Jodee · 04/06/2008 23:34

great minds, expat.

Pillow · 04/06/2008 23:34

Yes, the hand cream lovely. Too spenny for hand cream tho, I can never justify it.

toomuchmonthatendofthemoney · 05/06/2008 00:31

i got the creme jeunesse des mains for mother's day back in March, have used a good blob at least once a day every day since and still have loads left in the tube. i think it is good VFM and it works.

i like BFBalm too but only use it for nights out etc so only a couple of times a month at most and i do see a def difference, esp if put foundation on straight after, seems to give a real lift.

bramblebooks · 05/06/2008 00:38

another vote for handcream. Wouldn't use anything else - I have about 3 tubes on the go all over the house! It is fab.

brimfull · 05/06/2008 12:16

this is amazing stuff but £££
I got loads of freebies with it though.

Tutter · 05/06/2008 12:17

hand cream

and the foaming face wash always handy to keep in the shower for those days when i get in the shower only to realise i've forgotten to cleanser

MargaretMountford · 05/06/2008 12:19

Eau Dynamisante and the pressed powder compact

sagacious · 05/06/2008 12:24

Another vote for the handcream

Not keen on the flash balm didn't seen to make any difference to me
I have the orange face exfoliator .. not a fan it smells like cif to me (and not in a good way)
The shower gels are odd far too overpowering

citronella · 05/06/2008 12:27

I love the cleansers, toners, hand cream and foaming wash. Oh yeah and the orange exfoliator. Not so keen on the bubble bath and eau dynamisante. Lipsticks are good too.

CoffeeCrazedMama · 05/06/2008 12:32

I swear by the extra firming range (but I am 45 - you may not need it yet!) - if I run out and don't use it for a bit I really do notice a difference. I have recently had great results from the lip cream.

You tend to get free beauty flash balm with any of the freebies (which is when I top up supplies). I think it is great stuff - in fact, the other night dh and I went out so I was wearing it (under makeup, obv) and as we hurried along for our tube he looked at me and said 'you really look about 10 years younger!' As I was getting over nasty cold this was amazing. (Sure it was the flash balm and not the thrill of night out with lovely dh and no dcs! )

florenceuk · 05/06/2008 12:33

I use lots of Clarins, but my excuse is that other stuff makes me break out. I love the energising morning face cream, it makes my skin lovely and soft. But when in offer mode, I tend to get whatever is not too expensive to make up my purchase - the orange one-step cleanser is good, I haven't tried the exfoliating one.
