I just wanted to post on here to warn everyone about JESSE LONDON.

I have been scammed by them.

Looking on Trust Pilot I'm not the only one.

I ordered a pair of leather boots.

They arrived a month later and are plastic - shocking quality.

Inspite of being called 'Jesse London' they are soley Chinese and ship from there.

Their website states 30 day free returns.

When I emailed their customer service dept. they told me that I had to pay the return postage to China, and that if I didn't send it back to the correct address that the goods would be destroyed - another scam to avoid any refund obviously.

So please please don't do what I did! Avoid buying from these people!

The Grace & Jess London blazer that I received claimed on the webite to be from Zara, which it certainly is not. According to the website, the material should have contained wool but it is in reality made of a cheap synthetic material.
Prior to this unfortunate experience I had not heard of a scam called 'bait and switch'. A garment is presented on the website but customers are sent an inferior product. So far, I am making no progress regarding a return and full refund. Buyer beware, indeed!
