Leganza semi-permanent colouring conditioner - orange hair help!

I am trying to transition into my natural grey/silver hair from brunette. I decided to use the Leganza bitter chocolate conditioner to temporarily make the transition easier.

It is not washing out well and has left my roots a decidedly orange colour.

What can I do?!? I am sat with a Head&Shoulders / Fairy liquid paste in my hair, hoping it'll rinse out more in a bit.

Have I ballsed it totally?

Thanks

No help but the same has happened to me with the plantur range. I cut a fringe in and now my whole fringe is a weird blonde/orange colour. The only part of my hair that is grey is a solid section at the front which luckily is the fringe. I'm getting around it by using root powder and spray. I also stopped the shampoo.

Hi you don’t want to brown one. Go for number 94 ash blonde. Wash hair. Leave it in for an hour then wash out. Repeat weekly and it will look great.
