I'm a DIY bleached blonde. I bleach to even up my grey front and still dark back of head.
This time round, I've over bleached. Hair is in OK condition BUT it's bright and really light. Purple shampoo keeps the yellow at bay, but I just don't like the level of lightness.
I've used Shrine drops as a toner before but none of the colours are the sort of blonde I like. I'd like an ashy blonde colour ideally. Also ideally, Shrine because they're easy to use.
I'm also confused between the Shrine toner and blonde dye (the blonde dye says its so blondes can go a bit of a darker blonde). But isn't that what toner is? What IS the difference between dye and toner?
Anyone with any more of a clue than me? TBF it'd be hard to know less than me!
