Ridiculous pillow lines on one side of face

I realised about a year ago that diagonal lines on my forehead from my pillow were no longer disappearing as the day went on. 😬 I started using retinol, tried to switch to sleeping on my back (impossible), bought a silk pillow case, and more recently switched to a contoured memory foam pillow to take the weight off my forehead. But this must be just shifting the weight to under my eye, as now I’m developing pillow lines there too 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ - like a creased circle under just one eye. Mostly on one side of my face, showing how I fall asleep being cuddled by DP. I can’t help inspecting other people’s faces now and I honestly don’t see such noticeable pillow lines even on people 20 years older!

I don’t really want to get into fillers etc, or spend an absolute fortune on products, but I clearly need to address this before it gets much worse. Has anyone had success in tackling this problem? Grateful for any advice 🙏

I also bought some Wrinkles Schminkles under eye patches but (a) I felt ridiculous with DP and (b) it just fell off in the night anyway?

Is your skin getting dry? Would collagen supplements help?

I have the same diagonal lines on my forehead, I swear they just appeared overnight. I also don’t see them on other people but I do only seem to see them in evil overhead lighting. I cut a fringe but that also doesn’t look great on me with a huge cowslick. Apparently Botox won’t work on these lines either as I looked into that. Retinol I’ve been using for years so that also won’t do much.

I’ve been sleeping with a silk pillowcase because my hair is a bit fragile and haven’t had any pillow crease lines in my face since making the switch. Other than that I’d agree with moisturiser being a good shout, something really hydrating. I definitely notice more lines when my skins dry and with the recent weather change to colder my skin has dried out.
