Hair styling and drying help and do I need an air wrap?

Anyone used anything other than the Dyson airwrap and happy to recommend?

I have long wavy/curly hair that I bleach and straighten, then wave into smooth uniform beachy waves.
I have oily roots and need to wash my hair more often really but it takes me too long so I end up wearing it up for a few days.

However I'm struggling with migraines at the moment and need a quicker way of washing, drying and styling so I can wear it down more.

ive been looking at "quick and light hair dryers" and then a heated curling wand but I guess the dream is an all in one.

I can't justify the most recent airwrap but could get the "original" for £300

Just blow dry it roughly then use this. A whole head curled in 10 mins, airwrap flogged on eBay as it’s not all it’s cracked up to be.
