Cute baby sleepsuits that button at the side

Hey everyone,

I'm just in the hospital ward with my sweet baby girl who is recovering from surgery on her bowels. I'm just thinking about when we get to take her home, I don't want to dress her in anything that presses or rubs on her tummy. Dresses seem impractical because she's 10 months and crawling so I think it will have to be rompers or sleepsuits. I was thinking ones that have poppers at the side? Just to have less chance of anything rubbing against her wounds. Poppers at the bottom might work but would be a bit trickier to get on her gently.

Anyone seen any cute ones?

P.s. Sorry if this post doesn't belong here, I know it's not intended for children's fashion but I'm fairly new to Mumsnet and don't know where else to post this. Just trying to distract myself.

I hope your little one has a good recovery!

If you search for wrapover sleepsuits, quite a few options come up. M&S also has a set of them that look like they do up at the back - those might work well well for her.

Ah, hope she's all better very soon!

I had a few from M&S and Next 3-4 years ago that zipped at the side. Loved them as they were so quick to get baby in and out of.

Soft little dungarees could work as well. Best wishes for a quick recovery for her xx
