Swimming costume that holds your bum

The last few swimming costumes I’ve bought sort of sit on the buttocks rather than around them. Drives me mad. I want a costume that will hold my bum properly like a good pair of pants. Good bit of tummy control also preferable. Any recommendations?

I cannot rate Niptuck swimwear highly enough. It is an Australian brand, but it looks like it's available in the UK.

I have a reversible one, which just makes it even better. But it just flatters in all the right places and is also very comfy.

Thank you for the recommendations!

Lands End costumes - I always get them in the sale.
the fabric is generally thicker than high street cossies, and the bum is always a proper generous cut that goes all the way round my (squishy) bum rather than across it.

Seafolly

Agree Seafolly, but certain brief styles only. Also john lewis own brand, again certain styles only.

And filter by 'low leg'. If you've got a long torso they also do a longer length range which helps to prevent the seat riding up during movement.
