Looking for the perfect jeans and I need help

Any suggestions please for straight leg, jeans?
I'd like mid to darkish blue (but not indigo), mid or high rise, short inside leg or petite length, need to look good with brown Docs.
I don't want anything too tight on the thigh, not barrell or mom jeans (I'm 5'1" and they do not suit me).
Happy to pay up to £100
So far have tried Next, White Stuff, Fat Face, Boden and M&S with no luck.

Try Good American, Mint Velvet and a new brand called Ambela - Premium Denim & Feel-Good Clothing for Every Body
I also like Tesco jeans.
