Anyone else fed up of Dermatica?

Really dislike the fact that they tell you the next order is on the way 5 days before and I can't cancel it. I often have half empty tubes to use up.

Today however is the last straw for me. They did send a questionnaire last week asking me to take photos and I haven't got round to it yet. This morning I get an email thanking me for taking photos and telling me " I would therefore, like you to proceed with the FIRST month of your treatment plan using Tretinoin 0.05%/ Azelaic acid 15%/ Tranexamic acid 5% Lotion"

I can't trust them now.

Who else can I use?

I prefer Uncouth. The cream is nicer and seems to last longer. They charge you every two months and give you a 2 month supply. I use it for Melasma and I have to buy the Hydroquinone separately but they do a higher strength than Dermatica. It is more expensive but I like it more overall

@Cbamuch did you change to uncouth?
Ive just started with Dermatica and was worried I’d end up with a stock pile but another poster said to just change the delivery date, so my next lot won’t be delivered until 6 weeks later, instead of 4 weeks.

I hadn’t heard of uncouth so wondered how you’ve found them if you changed over.
