Angelina Jolie, treatment for hand veins?

Angelina Jolie used to have quite veiny lower arms and hands. They appear much smoother in her latest red carpet photos.

I have the same issue and I'm wondering what might have helped her.

Photoshop.

I agree it would have to be enhanced photography.
It's not something you can 'treat' cosmetically.
Some people have more prominent veins on arms/hands and these can be more visible on a slimmer person.

But the picture was published in the Daily Mail. They don’t usually choose flattering images or enhance them. Quite the opposite! 😅

Lighting, makeup. Who knows.

The Mail absolutely do publish massively shopped pics, including ones that make people look worse. You should assume everything you see is altered, including TikTok videos and Instagram.

don’t veins get bigger when you’re hot and shrink when you’re cold? They do for me!

I was shocked to see that Jennifer Aniatin has this but have since learned that it can be caused by a variety of things including low blood pressure, POTS and something called dysautonomia.

I thought she was just severely dehydrated like when body builders don’t drink so that their veins stand out in competitions!

Obviously AJ is an incredibly beautiful woman and talented actress. She's naturally very slim and that can make prominent veins more likely. Although with a face as stunning as hers, who would even notice anything else.

Age affects it -but you never see older stars with veins bulging so I imagine surgeons now have a way to fix it. You never see stars with crepey skin on arms. Fixed somehow.

Protruding veins can be a side effect of anorexia. Fairly likely given her extremely thin body.
Perhaps she has gained a little weight making it less noticeable?

Ah bugger, I have this!

I've got big hands and feet for my small size, and a fairly low body fat %. In the last year or so (early 40s) I've become aware of having these veiny, old, massive hands! They're so unfeminine, but I wear nice nail varnish and moisturise regularly to at least make them look as presentable as I can!

I think I just have really bad circulation! But I'll look into POTS and dysautonomia too 😊

Same, I have long bony hands. Mine have been veiny since my late 20's 😕

Heat has a lot to do with it. Other factors too. This is my hand a couple of days ago and again just now. Still old and wrinkly but veins far less prominent today!

I’m sure I read somewhere that you could have prophilo injected into your hands to make them look younger. Didn’t fancy it myself, there’s not much flesh on your hands - ouch!

During the recent furore over Melania's banana yellow dress with pink belt (personally I thought it was gorgeous 💓) It was made clear that the stark difference in colours was because Photographers photoshop them before selling to the papers.
If they don't get a chance, pretty sure the papers' edit them before publication.

I feel like this has been edited to look worse than it is. Could be wrong and I know she has veiny hands, just looks like one of those Photoshop jobs to make her look paler and more veiny!
