I've found a fab purple tux - need a top

I'm thinking some sort of lace camisole, but everything I've seen looks like very cheap underwear.

I want navy (because black is awful on me), or maybe silver/grey if such a thing exists.

Is there something sexyish, but suitable for a middle aged woman without looking cheap, or is that an imposssible dream? I'd like to be able to take the jacket off for dancing.
