Pyjamas, what do you prefer?

Just about to buy some pj’s and wondered what people prefer in long ones, cuffed bottoms or non cuffed? Loads of the non cuffed look really wide, do they drive you mad riding up your leg in the night or do you cuffed ones ride up too?

I can’t stand wearing socks in bed so can’t tuck the bottoms in to socks.

Cuffed definitely although I don’t really like wearing pj bottoms to bed unless I’m camping or if it was ridiculously cold. I wear pj shorts and an old t shirt usually.

I wear M&S thermal leggings and long sleeved thermal top as PJs these days. Warm and comfortable and they don’t flap about

Wide leg! I find the cuffed ones ride up and stay up.

What they look like isn't an issue for me as they are only worn in bed, but even so I think cuffed would suit me better than wide legged.

Ooh where did you get the cuffed ones? I can’t wear wide legs not very side of riding up but because of the likelihood of me tripping over in them!

Next have got loads of cuffed ones in.

I wear the normal ones but from the tall section. They're less likely to ride up that way

I have to get tall anyway because of my height which limits me to only being able to buy from a few places.

Always wide leg. They do ride up but go back down with a shake of the leg. The cuffed ones ride up and then get stuck and need to be physically yanked down. Can't be doing with that.

My peeve with pyjamas is that the top is never long enough and ends up bunched up round my waist with my back getting cold. I have to buy separate trousers and nightshirts just for the length.

I am tall anyway so have the same problem, even buying pjs from tall ranges only means the bottoms are long but they dont make the top any longer. I’ve done exactly what you do though and bought a long tshirt type nightshirt to wear over some bottoms.

The wide leg ones ride up and the cuffed ones ride up, but less so. I ended up just replacing mine with soft leggings (with pockets!) and I buy separate short sleeved tops for summer and long sleeved for winter whenever I see one I like. I don't buy pyjama sets anymore, or really anything that's actually pyjamas. My short sleeved tops are band tshirts which are nice thick cotton!

Im wearing cuffed/t shirt pjs at the moment. When it gets colder I move into wide leg boyfriend pjs (no idea why, its just my thing!LOL).
I cant say I ever have a big problem with either riding up though....maybe I just dont move around alot in bed!
