Are there any magic tights out there that would help old legs?

Sorta shapewear for legs? Not the tummy - thinking sorting that hanging bit on the inside of the knees. Something that would give a toned and sucked in silhouette?

Would support tights be a good option?

Support tights will do this

What would they look like with a minidress? Are they shiny and medical looking? And where can you buy them.

You can get them from M&S. Not medical looking, but if you want skin coloured they aren't as sheer as you can go in non support

I bought support tights thinking they were tummy control tights. They were a revelation, so comfortable and give a firmness to my legs that’s not normally there
