Solovair Dealer Boots - high instep

How possible/easy is it to put these boots on when I have a high instep? I often have to buy boots with zips cos of this.

I don't have a high instep, but I found that had a wide ankle and the elastic was very stretchy. The foot was a bit too high for me so they slopped
