Help me find a raincoat from the High Street please

I have a longer length one for wearing with boots but looks daft with flat boots or trainers.

I want a 3/4 ish length one, below bum definitely and one with a hood.

I think it is the hood thing that makes it so hard. There are some nice ones in uniqlo, just below bum, on sale, but no hood.

nice ones in zara atm.

Why on earth do manufacturers think it is okay to make a raincoat without a hood? Are they in league with umbrella manufacturers?
