Spots/clogged pores around chin. Advice please!

Can anyone help me with my skincare routine?
My skin is very oily and very acne prone.
Now 38. Two courses of roaccutane in my 20s.
Currently use a tea tree cleanser, effaclar duo, benzoyl peroxide and a little bit of cerave moisturiser in that order twice a day.
The rest of my skin is oily but spot free.
However I still get lots of clogged pores around my chin which inevitably turn into a proper spot or even cyst which then leaves a red mark that lasts for ages and ages.
I tried adding in Differin but I couldn’t get past the red and peeling stage!

Ah you sound like me. Except 45 and 3 courses of roaccutane here. I’ve noticed I get congested skin around my chin too.

I find a glycolic acid exfoliator helps - I’m using a mix of Nip&Fab pads and Nip& fab glycolic scrub, however the Pixi glow tonic also gets good reviews and I’m sure there are other options too.

Also cleaning off makeup religiously, drinking more water and (ahem) staying regular definitely make a difference.

I would find your regime quite drying (which then encourages more oil production) so maybe dial it down a bit? I wouldn’t use tea tree as well as benzoyl peroxide personally, and I also found Effaclar drying so I swapped to Cerave. I use the Cerave cleanser for oily skin or their SA smoothing cleanser with salicylic acid.
