I have recently developed small round white areas on the skin of my arms and legs which l think are sun spots. l've been very good at protecting my face but unfortunately not so much other areas. They look very like something called IGH and going forward to use a broad spectrum sunscreen to prevent any more forming. Anyone else had this and had success in stopping more appearing?
