Boots when you have fat knees

I have stocky legs with wide knees. I have a pair of Duo Boots slightly over the knee black all-leather (no fabric panels) flat-healed boots which I love. They seem to hide my fat knee and elongate my leg without straying into pirate/puss-in-boots/principal boy/Pretty Woman territory. They're elegant enough for work but work outside of it too. But they're about 12 years old and are falling apart. Please help me find replacements.

My challenge is that they should be over the knee, flat, black and fit round my calves. I'd be open to them having fabric panels but would prefer all leather. They should be leather rather than suede.

I've added a picture and link of the Fairfax and Favor Amira boot which is very similar. I do think they might be too narrow for me - even if I could afford them. They're £445 (oof!) and I was hoping to get away with something £150-300 ideally.

Has anyone seen boots that fit the bill on their travels?!
