What do you wear them with, please?! I bought some and love them but they end up sitting in my drawer too much because I don’t really know what to put with them other than one white shirt which looks nice but is a bit try-hard for everyday !

I like to wear mine with black, a slouchy black jumper. I think black brings out the colour in leopard so much better. Or black sweatshirt.

allmycats · 12/09/2025 14:18

A fine cashmere or merino wool turtle neck jumper

Branleuse · 12/09/2025 14:20

rolled up a bit. Black tshirt. Red trainers

DuesToTheDirt · 12/09/2025 14:45

There's lots of dark brown in this season, that would go well.

MyElatedUmberFinch · 12/09/2025 17:41

Red, mustard, bright pink, orange jumper or sweatshirt.

Or any black top.

waltzingparrot · 12/09/2025 18:06

Denim waistcoat

I'd wear the white shirt (or cream colour top) put on a tan colour belt and wear tan shoes or boots. Pair with a black jacket and some statement earrings.

Thinkle · 12/09/2025 19:31

Anything, once you tell yourself that leopard print is a neutral you can wear anything with it. I have leopard print jeans and wear them the most of all my jeans, mostly dressed down as I find that easier. I wear colourful sweatshirts and sometimes I wear a clashing pattern on top. The trick is to look like you aren’t trying.

mynameiscalypso · 12/09/2025 19:31

I’m wearing leopard print jeans at the moment (although not those ones). I’m wearing them today with a black long sleeved t shirt. In the summer, I wore them with a white t shirt. In winter, I’ll wear them with a jumper - black/brown/cream/blue. A blue denim shirt would also work too.

DoubtfulCat · 12/09/2025 19:31

Ooh they’re very nice. I toyed with leopard jeans in the summer (but mine had more brown in) and favourite was a denim shirt, a bright red vest top, or a raspberry pink cropped sweatshirt. I think either black, denim, or any plain bright colour would look fantastic with those. Or a washed-out band t shirt.

I wear so much leaped print I consider it a neutral.

stample · 12/09/2025 21:06

I’d wear them with a black top and black trainers
Or tan boots and a brown or even orange vest top layered with a black cardigan

InMyOpenOnion · 12/09/2025 21:09

I tend to wear yellow with leopard print as it brings out the colour. I realise not everyone is keen on yellow but it's great if you can find a shade that suits you.

I own these exact jeans and live in them!

Plain black (or white) T-shirt, or long-sleeved black (or white) top, usually with trainers as it’s my “mum uniform!”

I’ve also been a bit brave and worn them with a pale blue jumper and matching trainers, and some other colours. Love them!

Caitlin Moran said “leopard is a neutral”. Run with that and you’ll be grand 😉

Ellaone · 12/09/2025 22:31

I have these - I wear them every week, wearing them now fyi!
either with neutral grey / white t shirt and cardi or my slow love jumpers ( love them all)
any t shirt or sweater, trainers or loafers they say treat leopard print as a neutral and to be fair there is nothing that doesn’t go with them

A fine cashmere or merino wool turtle neck jumper

Agree with this. In a lovely autumnal shade , green, khaki, brown, rust etc

Epidote · 13/09/2025 08:05

As the model is doing, with a white or black plainish shirt. Plainish boat neck t shirt, or black of beige wooly jumper.

FancyBiscuitsLevel · 13/09/2025 08:28

Agree with others, most plain jumpers would look good, so perhaps spend 10-15 minutes today put the jeans on with a plain t shirt then put all your non-patterned jumpers on with in one after another to see which ones work best. it might be another few weeks before we are fully into jumper season, but leopard print is about a lot for AW, so would work through the colder months.

JaninaDuszejko · 13/09/2025 08:38

In order:
Black
Red
Shocking pink
Neutrals like grey or white

But my latest obsession is leopard print and grass green after seeing Alexandra Stedman wear leopard print shorts with a bright green t-shirt.

LeopardPrintIsNeutral · 13/09/2025 09:40

Anything! Yesterday I wore black t shirt, grass green cardi and neon pink scarf!

CameForAVacationStayedForTheRevolution · 13/09/2025 09:43

I agree it’s a neutral. Tend to often wear a fitted black t-shirt and then have something like an unbuttoned denim shirt or denim waistcoat. As the weather gets colder maybe a bright green chunky cardigan or a red cardigan with it. Red trainers go well.

TATT2 · 13/09/2025 10:05

Cream, orange, beige, or black, t-shirt or sloppy/cropped jumpers.
Or other bright colours if reflected in footwear eg trainer styles.
Black T, black leather jacket, black chunky boots - but I'm probably older than you.

@JaninaDuszejko
