The age old question: shall I go back to a bob?

I've attached some pictures for comparison. My hair is more similar to the pic with hair past shoulders, but my fringe has grown out more. The picture with the bob is from about five years ago. I've been growing my hair since then, but the last two days the "get a bob" thoughts have surfaced again. Do I listen to them? For info, I get my hair cut ever 6 weeks so maintenance isn't and issue. Any suggestions for haircuts and pictures would be great.

I like the length more but the lighter colour. The bob is a bit 'boxy'. Maybe add layers if going shorter for more shape.

But yeah, your hair looks OK as it is, but also looks nice in a bob too. So yeah, go for it.
