Can anyone help me find this velvet suit and fab earrings?

..As worn by Eve Myles in an episode of ‘The Guest’ on BBC1. On line it suggests it is possibly a Monsoon ‘Vicky’ Jacket and matching trousers but nowhere has them in stock and they are not double-breasted either. The jacket has no vents in the rear, the buttons are self covered and the trousers have a slightly flare at the bottom. Bonus marks if you can find the matching earrings too!

Roman has a double breasted velvet jacket and matching trousers in both black and green on their website. The green looks more bottle/emerald than the photos above though.

Do a google search on it, comes up with a few for the suit. X

Could you send me what you think you find? Because mine returns stuff from Temu (no thank you!) and Monsoon - neither of which are the actual suit…. Obviously I spent a fair while googling yesterday before posting on here.

I don’t want emerald, jade or teal, I really want this particular suit in this particular olive green colour - the fabric has a particular sheen which makes it really lovely.

I think it’s this one from Cos but it fits her more closely that the model Cos selected, however I think it’s an old season as can’t find it available to buy

Thanks - it is near, but not double breasted and I can’t find one actually for sale in my size. It doesn’t have the sheen that the telly suit has.

I think it’s double breasted, the Cos one is single breasted. I’ve loved her clothes in this show, especially like the chunky gold necklace with the coin . Found this online for you…

Thanks, I saw that one too but it’s not it. The fabric in the telly one is definitely a silk velvet mix rather than a cotton velvet which makes it slinkier and gives it the lovely sheen.Tge trousers definitely don’t have a front crease either.

lol. I have an event in mind in November…but I do tend to buy things I think will suit me when I see them as they are likely to stay in my wardrobe for many years and are worth the investment. We have similar colouring so I’m pretty sure this colour will be flattering.

Oh sorry, I just feel your pain, when you see something you love and think is just perfect, you want it and NOW! In these days of marketing, product placement and ‘influencers’ you’d think it would be a condition of any show that they listed outfits, like they do on magazine photo shoots.
