Best brands for slimish girls?

Where do you shop for jeans and trousers if your daughter is fairly slim? My daughter is 12 and fairly slim on the waist but with slightly bigger hips. 11-12 fit fine in length and bum but are usually massive on the waist.

The adjustable waists are OK but I'd prefer it to fit properly.

We used to shop in New look but all their trousers need winching in now. H&M also seem to be getting bigger on the waist.

She's only 5ft and so a bit short for women's. We'd need to order online as we're fairly rural.

Next usually do a slim fit in most of their bottom halves and also Abercrombie & Fitch have a nice teen range.
Gap might be worth a try too.

I used to buy the slim fit jeans from the teen section online at NEXT. A bit later on DD found hollister good for fit.

River island tend to be quite good

We have the same issue. My daughter is nearly 11 and needs at least 10-11 and preferably 11-12 for length but even a 9-10 still gapes around the waist. Primark and H&M are both huge on her. Haven't tried Next or Abercrombie but we would have to order multiple sizes online and return what didn't fit, she would prefer to be able to try on in a shop. There must be loads of kids with an athletic type build, where do they all shop?

Thanks all - I hadn't thought of River Island, Hollister or Abercrombie. Off to look online!
