Foundation gives me migraines, anyone alternatives?

*can anyone recommend an alternative?

I haven't worn make up for over five years as even a small amount of foundation gives me migraines, but I would like to see if there's something that I can tolerate.

I am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances and the like (migraines), but foundation makes me feel like clawing my skin off as well as giving me a headache. So weird, I'm not sure if it's the ingredients or some sort of sensory thing. Has anyone experienced this and found a foundation or tinted moisturiser that works for them? Thank you

I don't wear foundation anymore as felt it too heavy. I now wear beef tallow by fierce nature which is tinted. I love it. It smells gorgeous and melts onto skin. I wear a bit of concealer too to cover bags and spots.

Have you tried a powder/mineral foundation? I'm rubbish with applying liquid foundation so have used a mineral powder for years. Gives a nice glow too and buildable coverage so can be as light as you want.
