Help me find this navy and gold dress

I passed a woman wearing a beautiful kaftan style navy and gold maxi dress. It was v necked and the gold was more gold leaf than printed. I'm 5 foot 2 and she was about my height so I'm guessing it could be a petite size. She was very glamorous and I'm not but I think I could be in that dress!

I know you S&B ladies are good at this sort of detective work.
