Has anyone tried Hair + Me

I thinks is expensive so before I subscribe would like to hear people's experiences with it. Does it actually work?

I’m on it for 3 months. I have very fine hair & I wear tape extensions. Gonna give it 6 months to see if it makes a difference. I also use skin+me which I’ve been so impressed with. My skin has never been better and can’t remember last time I had a spot. Interested to see if hair+me works or not from others experience & what dose they’re on. I’m on 0.5mg minoxidil.

Naicethings · 31/08/2025 15:33

Hiya. I have been using it for about 6 months and my hair is so much better. I take the capsules. Before subscribing, I was really fed up. Hair just limp and stringy. It now looks and feels fuller and healthier. I use a cheap Herbal Essences orange shampoo and conditioner, so no fancy hair products. Might see if Kerastase makes things even better! I also use Skin and Me. Have done for at least 3 years.

What strength are you on? Is it minoxidil?

Naicethings · 31/08/2025 15:45

Yes, 0.5mg of minoxidil. I have never had luscious, thick locks but I really am so happy with the improvements. I don't colour my hair and considering I am now 49, I only have a few grey hairs. Give it a whirl. You can cancel at any point, but you need to give it at least 3 months to see a difference

Naicethings · 31/08/2025 15:47

I also use Nutrition Geeks Glow up collagen and add 2 tbsp to my morning coffee!

annabannan · 31/08/2025 17:54

I’ve tried collagen and biotin, neither sadly did anything for me. Maybe I’ll give it a try when an offer comes up

I’ve been using the Hair&Me minoxidil 0.5 % serum for four months. It has done absolutely nothing. My hair is still as thin as it was when I started. Maybe it works for some people? I’ve no idea. I’ve just cancelled my subscription.

annabannan · 31/08/2025 20:40

I’m wondering if Regaine might be another option

marmiteloversunite · 01/09/2025 00:49

I tried it but as I got further into the month the liquid turned cloudy and smelt really strong so I gave up
on it. It happened twice.

Regaine is minoxidil.

Angeldusty · 18/10/2025 23:00

I've been using it and it has been working for me albeit slowly. .
I get two bottles per box, each lasting 2 weeks as have to apply morning and night. They also do capsule verions.
If you're worried about cost, you can get a discount if you use this code - STEVEHYPP.

Schoolchoicesucks · 18/10/2025 23:16

I have been taking the tablets for 3 months. Initially I got lots of baby hairs at the sides where it was thin. But they haven't grown into anything substantial so I am not convinced it is useful. Might go back to just biotin.

Pinkstar28 · 24/01/2026 13:57

I’ve been using hair + me now since September so almost 5 full months in. First I noticed little hairs on top sticking up and baby hairs around the frame of my face. I feel like
my hair is thinning a little less but it’s still early days for the new hair to grow full length. Question is, does the dose ever increase? Or does it just stay the same? I used a discount code to have a discount for the first 3 months which really helped me decide if it was right for me. I’ve also noticed that that do bundle where if you sign up for a few months then the price reduces. Something that’s worth noting if £35 long term is just out of budget. I’ll leave my discount code here for anyone who wants to try. I’ve also had zero side effects.

Morning. My dosage has not changed but I am really pleased eith how my hair looks and feels. It feels fuller but I have also found an amazing leave in conditioner (Ouai)and am using an M and S nourishing shampoo. It looks fuller and I now don't feel as hopeless about my hair (it was never really thick anyway, but it was never thin round the sides). Highly recommend

Hello @annabannan I know that this thread is from last year but I was wondering if you decided to give Hair & Me a try. I’m considering it too.

Hello. No I didn’t. Reason being is I didn’t see enough positive results and it seemed the only people promoting it and claiming it worked was influencers who had clearly been paid to promote it, so that put me off.

I’ve had positive results. Almost 6 months in an I genuinely see a difference. I’m still continuing and paying full price. I don’t get paid to promote it and I’m not an influencer. It takes a few months to see a difference so stick with it. I found £35 was a no brainer if it improved even just confidence. If you sign up for longer they offer reduce price per month so that £35 can reduce to £25. My code is further up if you wish to get 3 months for £12.99 per month to try it out first. That’s what I did when I started. But I would recommend this regardless and have since continued paying full price. I use the tablets.

I'm not sure what hair + me provides in addition to minoxodil, but you can get minoxodil far cheaper. That's what Rogaine is.
