What brands are young teens wearing now?

My young teen daughter has expressed she’d like some new clothes, but is feeling down about her changing figure at the moment. She’s very self conscious and doesn’t like to stand out, she verges towards classic/toy boy/goth. I’d like to order clothes online that she can try on comfortably at home. Any suggestions?

Urban Outfitters have some options which doesn’t emulate the Kardashian look. Baggy trousers which are on trend and a bit punk. But expensive..
Possibly try to steer her away from thinking that clothes which aren’t dresses are “boy clothes” and that girls can wear trousers and tshirts too.

Thanks and yes sorry bad choice of words. I’m a bit preoccupied with her telling me how down she is at the moment.

My 13 yea told DD is similar (tomboy / goth style) and she loves H&M wide leg joggers (never leggings; too revealing) with either black DM style boots or Black Nike Trainers. She wear plain black capped sleeve t shirts and then over that wears black and green or black and red checked shirts which we usually get from Vinted. We actually love scrolling through Vinted together and its become a nice thing we do for an hour together on a Saturday morning. She sometimes accessories with chains and pin badges. The badges she tends to get from Damaged Society or HMV. She also recently bought a College jacket from H&M and a vintage denim jacket with a sheepskin collar for a bit of a vintage look. HMV, H&M & New Look are really good for band style T shirts. DD has a rule that she only wears band t shirts of bands she likes. Nirvana ones in particular.

@RainbowZebraWarriorthanks. Our daughters sound ridiculously similar (Nike trainers, pin badges, Damaged Society, I recently got a college jacket off Vinted for her!). I’ll take a look at the joggers.

Urban outfitters, Hollister, Brandy Melville, Subdued.

@user7638490thanks, I hadn’t heard of these last two, which probably means she will love them.
