Lavelier cosmetic? Hard selling in shopping mall.

So yesterday I walked through a shopping centre and I was caught by salesman, offering me a free sample of a cream.
I am usually very firm and always ignore these, but literally 10 seconds before this I was handed free bottle of Lime Pepsi as part of a promotion, so I thought ohhh another freebie..
Anyway I got dragged into a stop where a man said he wanted to show me a miraculous miracle on my face ( 51 yrs od with wrinkles and bags) so he instantly dabbed my under eye with some cream and got out a mini handheld fan dry?
it dried and hola!
All my wrinkles/ bags were gone!
I mean really gone, my skin looked smooth like 30 year ago!
I said ok, thank you and I was to walk anway and he said, no ma’am you can’t walk like that with one side smooth and one not so smooth.
So he repeated and hola hey, my wrinkles gone!
I said ok, again thank you and he started the hard sell, it’s £250 normal but he can do it for £150 today etc..
I said nope, I don’t even have that money to spent anyway atm, I would not spend it on unknown cosmetic anyway ever.
After some more persuasion he just made a long face and walked off!
Anyone knows what’s that thing was?
The whole thing under my eyes peeled off like dry skin flakes in 3 hrs..
I looked it up, and read some reviews about well know scam…

Here is the sample of the sample he handed me before. But it’s not the same he had used on myself.

It sounds like that temporary effect you get when you put a peel off mask on.

Yes, exactly. It felt really tight on my skin, I regretted it later on, as I do have lots allergies, and eczema..
