DVF silk jersey dress - do you wash yours?

Got one in a charity shop for a fiver! So I've saved enough on the purchase price to justify dry cleaning, but wondered if any DVF veterans could advise.

YES, YES, DO DRYCLEAN. I had one, wore it once, was too mean to pay to have it drycleaned, handwashed it in cold water. Result - DVF wrap dress the size of very small smurf !!!
