Definitely check or get someone else to check if it's a surprise for yourself. I always get my DH to check, he knows the drill 😂

A few years ago JL was missing an item (olaplex) and I was given a voucher for £30 to replace it. Don't know why they couldn't just sent it out to me but apparently not.

I had an eyeshadow stick missing from my Harrods calendar a few years ago and they sent me £25. They told me that they only give back up to a max of 10% of the calendar cost so I was so glad it was that instead of one of the expensive products.

Ok have given every box a bit of a shake and all looks there!!!!

My Harrods 12 Days of Hair & Body just arrived & the advertised Joonbyrd Hero Firming Body Serum 15ml is actually Joonbyrd Little Love Body Lotion 50ml. I am fine with it as it smells divine

I've not unwrapped my Anthropologie from the plastic packaging yet, but I guess it's a good idea.

It also has the contents listed on the back, by day so I now know what's coming on Christmas eve etc. I'm not sure I wanted to actually know that!

Definitely worth checking. Every so often people have an empty drawer or something damaged and if you check it gives them time to sort it for you. I would have been most upset if I'd discovered the 2 half empty perfumes on the day last year but instead I had extra perfumes they sent me to add in.

I've had no update on my account or email since I ordered. I haven't contacted Harrods as their whole customer service surrounding these advents is terrible every year. I'm still annoyed on behalf of those who missed out when they released a day early lol

@ElizabethG81 and @QueefofSheena I was waiting like you (when others had received theirs last week) when I got an email on sat night to say it was handed to the courier and then it arrived sun morning …! so I think they must be doing them in batches but were very quick delivering after the email was sent ….
