I quite like Elle for the price point. There's a few items that tempt me but I agree GB has the edge though.

All this stuff releasing is introducing FOMO for calendars I wasn't really thinking about a day ago. 😂

Do you all open your 10,000 calendars in December as advent calendars? Or do you pick 1 or 2 as an AC and then open the rest as edits / beauty boxes?

I have ordered the neom wellbeing calendar. After my stock take last week I have everything and more!! Still fancy a 12 day one but might ask for it as a Christmas present once I find one I like 😃

Oooh lovely. I do think that one looks really nice.

I start opening all my advent calendars on 2 December, and start opening the 12 days of Christmas calendars on Christmas Day, with my Flannels cracker. Depending on how many I end up with, I usually have one or two hidden upstairs to stop my husband moaning too much 😆

I’ve caved on the Neom AC too.

If I lived alone I'd probably have them all over the house through December but I'll definitely get some side eyes from the rest of the tribe if I do that.

I don’t think it does, as I popped it in my basket on preorder and it didn’t add the GWP, but it might be because it was a preorder.

I am sure Miss Boux did a video about this calendar having very out of date items in last years.

FWIW the Zelens from Elle - there's plenty of 10ml for less than £10 on ebay from another beauty box.
And if you are getting stuff from Ebay defnitely get a vouchercodes account and join VIP, it's free. Ebay is a VIP account so if you click through from vouchercodes for every 2 vip shops you get a £5 voucher, I redeem mine against ASDA which I can click on to add to google wallet. You get up to £25 vouchers (10 shops) per month. I worked it out since they started it last Oct iirc I've saved almost £200. But i bought some stuff from Space NK last month an neither tracked so had to raise them manually so keep an eye on Space nk.

If you buy Vogue too you'll get top billing in the Netflix series. 😄

I've only bought liberty so far as beauty drop vouchers paid for it so really free. 🤣I think I may do a DIY advent from my stash as no other ones are wowing me enough to buy ♥️

I aim to have one for December and one as a Jadvent (January). Though I am now thinking that if I also picked up a 12 day calendar, that'd cover the period between Christmas and new year and also the final days of January post-25th. 🤔 Is there a good lower budget 12 day calendar anyone would recommend?

I watched this in appalled fascination. The little make up bag at the end is, I bet, a bag for an airline kit for business/first class. The company's tag is 'in it for the long haul'. So it'll be surplus stock.
