'going out shoes' for someone who lives in wellies!!

I am not able to wear heels. Pre covid/ kids I wore sky scrapers but I just can't now.

I live on a farm and have 2 toddlers so wellies/ runners are all I own.

I need an all rounder pair of shoes that would go with a dress for an occasion, mass on Christmas day or going to the pub for dinner. Not asking a lot am I, I will only wear them about 3 times a year. I don't want to spend more than €100
