Realistically how do I get rid of a double chin?

Even when I’ve been underweight I still have a double chin 😩 I’ve recently lost a stone and the chin is still there. I am quite large of face so think it’s there to stay unfortunately. I’ve tried gua sha after TikTok influenced me but didn’t make a difference. Has anyone had surgery or similar with good results?

Lipo I would have thought. After a big weight loss my double chin has shrivelled to Turkey neck which Im getting done in March.

I’m scared of it going saggy if I got lipo @Gettingbysomehowbut definitely an option. Is that what you’re going for or are you getting another procedure? Congrats on the weight loss!

Thank you. My face is sliding southwards at 63 so Im going for the full facelift and neck lift in Nords clinic in Lithuania.
My sister lives over there and all the locals go there for surgery. It's got a good reputation and they have English speakers as its popular with foreigners too.. I can't wait.

or Face yoga

Do you have a tongue tie or not suction your tongue to the roof of your mouth?
If so working on your cervical flexors can help.

I’ve had laser chin lipo and would recommend! All very straightforward, a couple of days of wearing the compression mask (you have to wear it overnight for longer) but quick and easy, a bit tender but not painful. And good results afterwards, natural looking etc. Except for the cost (3k if I remember correctly) I always wonder why more people don’t have it done!!
I had it done relatively young so wasn’t worried too much about skin sagging, but I do remember them offering an add on procedure to help with skin tightening too.

Lipo is your best bet but I've also seen some good results from a small amount of chin filler.

Whatever you do, don't get lemon bottle.

My double chin has gone but that's been replaced with an unsightly area of sagging that looks entirely out of sync with the rest of my face (I'm 31)

Could explain a bit more about this, and what can be done?

I had a terrible double chin, due to weight gain and ageing. I had liposuction and a neck lift (plus face lift and upper and lower bleph) in 2023. Problem solved!
