Think I might buy myself some skinny jeans..

I've been wearing baggy, wide legged stuff since around 2017 now and am bored to death. I am outdoors a lot and can't be bothered trudging through another winter with damp, flapping ankles

Wondering what to wear on feet though, have some lace up docs but would prefer a change, any ideas for a refresh? New ways to wear them?

Am very boring so will likely wear with long wool coats, Barbour jacket or a hiking type fleece.

I bought some skinny jeans last month (Sezane call them straight but they are skinny). I ditched the skinny jeans a good 8 years ago and have now a collection of straight, wide, flared and barrel leg jeans of various lengths, styles and colours.

I’m thinking of digging out my chunky Chelsea boots and investing in some chunky socks for the Claudia Traitor’s vibe. Knee high cowboy boots and even a kitten heel and ballerina before the weather turns.

Skinny jeans are making a comeback in the fashion world so you aren’t wrong in noticing.

There’s definitely a fashion lag on these boards though so no doubt you’ll be hearing from those who only just ditched them 😂

I love all styles tbh, but am just so tired of the same silhouette.
I think when we become bored with the shapes we have been wearing then it's time to refresh. I suppose we are lucky that we can at least still source other styles...the early 2000's were awful for that.

Not sure my posts express annoyance, only puzzlement - if they're not your thing and you have no styling ideas, it doesn't need over stressing. There's room for us all:)
