Has anyone used the Signature Clinic in Cardiff?

I'm looking to get a facelift. I'm currently looking at The Signature Clinic in Cardiff. Has anyone had a procedure here and would you recommend?
Also, what do you wish you'd known if you have had a facelift?

Do some research first. Look on Facebook on the facelift support group. Look into deep plain facelifts.
I would look at Anthony MacQuillian in Bath. I haven’t used him but he is one I would consider. I’ve been researching for a while but im not quite ready yet.
Dominic Bray is who I would love but he is out of my price range sadly.
