My experience of Reiss dresses like this is that they look better on an actual person than the models in their catalogue.

Oh that's interesting! I bought something from Vinted - a Zara top - and the seller sells absolutely tons of their stuff, all new or worn once. I wondered how she was doing it! (Unless that is you, too?!)

Just an update to say the dress arrived and it’s a keeper! It hangs really well and is most certainly less ragged like then it looked in the eBay pic.

I’m really pleased and also relieved that the search is over. Thanks everyone for the comments.

Only one tiny point, is that it’s going to need a complicated low back bra. I was hoping that the ties at the back would cover the bra straps, but that’s not going to work.

Another update, I’m considering looking for something else. I absolutely love the dress and the weight of it means that it hangs really well etc, but the thing I’m struggling with is a suitable bra.

So, potentially back to the drawing board. This is the only other one I’ve seen that I like. Is it in any way suitable for an evening do?

I know what you mean! I do, but the irony of a dress made to be warm without a bra, but with cups that size.

I will never understand why sellers on Vinted don’t bother to iron the clothes they are selling. Just pages and pages of crumpled rags. You would think they would want the clothes to look their best.

I’ve recently received a jacket, seller said it had a couple of marks inside the hood, which I thought was ok as I could take the lining out and replace it. When the jacket arrived I could smell it through the plastic wrap it was in and the whole jacket was filthy and covered in stains 🤢🤢 when I contacted the seller she actually stated that she did tell me that it had a couple of marks on it!
Well no she didn’t state it was as disgusting as what it was!
It was also covered in animal hair and it was stinking!!

That’s awful. Some people are so unprincipled. 🤬
