Posting in sheer desperation!

Love this dress and ordered in an 18 (my usual size), and it won't do up

I feel like I've looked everywhere but has anyone spotted this dress for sale in a 20?

I don't fancy my chances of slimming into the 18 in 7 weeks for the wedding I want it for

That's odd. I have the same dress in the green and navy and it's true to size (I am also an 18).

Have you tried Vinted?

@punsandroses that is a nice colourway, I might try it! The purple would go well with DP's kilt which is what drew me to it, but might be worth trying the floral

@KingstonTown interesting, the top section really doesn't want to zip for me and I'm afraid to push it! Very tight across the bust

@metalmutha have set up a search on vinted, quite a few in the 18 but no 20s as yet, I'll keep checking though!

Roman are a PITA with sizes. There’s no consistency at all

Thank you very much! Yeah, DP is best man in a navy kilt with a purple/pink shade through it, I'm not a bridesmaid so wanted to avoid navy but still tie in
Dress arrived in the 20 and is perfect, just need to find a bra that doesn't show out the armholes now
