Smelly Feet!!

God its that time of year, the days are getting warmer and I get totally paranoid about smelly feet.

Any tips on keeping shoes n feet smelling good through the whole day?

DOn't take your shoes off.

Seriously....wash feet every morning (that goes without saying) and carry a foot spray. And try not to wear the same shoes every day, give the poor things a break.

Put tumble dryer sheets in your shoes when they are not in use.

Wash your feet in tomato juice

Boots do a fab foot spray that has mint and witch-hazel

I have well niffy feet so have developed several defences over the years including washing feet at least once a day in anti-bac handwash, wiping out shoes with tea tree oil or wipes (tricky with nubuck so tend to go for leather inners) and lastly these are blimmin brilliant, I own several pairs and they last for up to a year I'd say

Soak your feet in water and tee tree essential oil.

Don't wear the same shoes everyday.

Use a good quality footspray.

Don't wear cheapo shoes with a plasticy in-sole.
