Gold earrings with nickel-free posts

Does anyone know of anywhere I can look for solid gold earrings in the main (front) with titanium or other nickel free posts?

Tiny bump. Another thought is perhaps this is something a jeweller can do. Has anyone any experience of having earrings like this made?
