Are Pennys/ Primark T-Shirts gone short? Or is it me?

I bought 2 t-shirts in Penny's (Primark) recently. I just needed regular 'it doesn't matter at all' t-shirts to wear over jeans/ leggings.

I tried on my usual M, it fit but felt a bit short, tried on L, also fit bit still short. I tried on XL, it was too big looking and still SHORT! I settled on L but I really don't like them. I also bought some mens ones where are better

I am 5'5 so it's not my height. I like t-shirts to be an inch or two below my hips. Sort of sitting at my bum. Not just on the hip bone.

Anyone else find this? Also where can I get some longer ones?

Yep I have found this too. So annoying as they were a great length before

Wore one this morning - 2 washes??? Sitting above my navel ( kept hoodie on ) Im 5ft 2 so well short

Yet ones I bought over 5 years ago are a lovely length ( been up and down weight wise since so only now rewearing the 5 year old ones )

I think the style is just more short and boxy for t shirts these days.
I buy their £3 t shirts in XS and XL (I like oversized t shirts sometimes) and TBH even the XL is about mid hip on me.

Not sure about plain ones but I find alot of their band tee's are still bum length, also the ramen/farmers market ones are really long.
If Im in leggings then my t shirt has to cover my bum!😁
