Cosy comfy lounge wear for petite

Hi, I am hoping someone here can help give some recommendations.
I start radiotherapy and chemo soon, the hospital is a 90 minute drive so I'll have 3 hours in the car on top of treatments for 6 weeks.
I would love to find some comfy but nice looking clothes whilst I'm well enough to still care!
I'm a size 8-10, 5ft
The radiotherapy is on my neck so I don't want hoodies or anything too fitted

Where do you go for soft, natural fibre but petite lounge wear ?!

Sorry, no recommendations but I came here for the same thing so hopefully some replies will drift in soon. I’m a similar size to you but 5’2” I start chemo next week. Thought I’d say hi while I watch your post for replies! All the best with your treatment.

I'm sorry to hear you're starting chemo - though I wish you the very best. Here's hoping all the side effects they talk of skip is both, but we get the very best curative healing.
I don't have a start date yet, but the face mask (cage as I call it) starts next week with a CT scan and my feeding tube is fitted on the 29th so I assume I'll start early/mid September.

I got lucky in Tesco of all places for some cotton pyjamas with buttons to make them easy to get on without going over my head.
Still no long on the illusive trousers so I've bought some cotton leggings and figured a nice blanket may help.

Let’s hope so. I came across BAM yoga pants on another thread and might try some of them. I’d prefer they weren’t called yoga pants but I’m pretty sure I won’t care if they’re comfy when I’m up to my eyeballs in an unpleasant cocktail of chemo drugs. I’d like my budget to stretch to cashmere joggers for the winter months but it’s not to be.

Best of luck to you both! Check out Uniqlo ribbed trousers, they are perfect for a shortie me and they make matching tops in two designs, in selected colours.

For jogging bottoms, New Look Petite are the perfect length. Although they are currently out of stock in most sizes so you will have to check their site in a while for new season.

Gap also do good petite joggers but they tend to have logos.

If you want leggings then the sweaty betty 7/8 leggings are a good length. Power leggings

Hush are good for soft tops Tops which you can layer. I’m a 6-8 and buy xxs so I’m guessing an xs would be your size.

Next do a range called The Set which are nice basics, these Cardigans are nice and not too expensive and could be worn with a vest top underneath (you can take vests off downwards rather than over head if needed). These Zip up hoodies might be worth a look.

Hospitals tend to be hot so cotton layers are good.

Also these wide leg trousers from Stradivarius are lovely to wear.

Lovall winter flare leggings are so comdrrae and lovely and cosy. They are brushed on the reverse and they keep me really warm in winter, but I do t know if they’ll be too hot for you. The waistband is thick and they hold me in without being tight. I buy petite, they are a perfect length, and I’m 5 foot 1.
I’ve only ever bought these from Lovall so I do t know about the tops that they do.
Best of luck with your treatment.
